New York Governor Andrew Cuomo released an executive order stating that starting today at 8 p.m., all people in public must wear a mask or a cloth covering their mouth and nose, and they must wear it in a situation where they can't or aren't maintaining social distancing.
In addition to the mandatory mask-wearing order, Governor Cuomo also extended New York on PAUSE until May 15th, which maintains that social distancing best practices stay in place and all non-essential workers must continue to stay at home.
